As Editor of Melbourne based fashion blog ‘Lady Melbourne,’ Phoebe Montague’s fashion commentary and style has earned her a reputation as one of Australia’s key fashion bloggers. Having founded Lady Melbourne in 2007, the blog has grown to include a social media reach of over 50K unique likes, fans and followers across platforms like Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

After completing a BA Fine Art (Drawing) from RMIT University, Phoebe started her own accessories label that took her to Sydney and London. Upon her return to Melbourne many years later, she realised a long term goal to study journalism and graduated again from RMIT University in 2009 with a post graduate degree in journalism.

Aside from the blog and freelance writing assignments, she teaches blogging, social media and journalism at  RMIT University here in Melbourne and guest lectures at various corporate and educational events.

Phoebe's talent as a public speaker is her ability to distill complex ideas and communicate them to a broad audience with humour and wit. She has spoken at ProBlogger, one of Australia's largest annual blogging conferences, The Walkley Foundation and Melbourne Writers Festival, on everything from blogging, fashion, e-books, digital strategy and editorial versus advertorial content. You can get a full run down of her public speaking events here, and just send an email should you wish to chat about Phoebe speaking at your event.
